Purchase terms

Version dated 3 September 2026. Modern Web Builder Store.

These terms cover purchasing Modern Web Builder, using the delivered copy, delivery, support and participation in the store’s affiliate program. Read the Refund Policy before paying. We do not offer voluntary refunds for a digital product supplied as agreed; mandatory buyer rights remain protected.

1. The store and the seller

The product is sold by the operator of Modern Web Builder Store. Seller and support contact: https://t.me/garolddev
Purchases and delivery take place through the official store bot and its Mini App. Telegram provides the platform and payment tools; it is not the seller, developer or quality guarantor of Modern Web Builder. Store affiliates may not impersonate Telegram or make commitments on the seller’s behalf.

2. What you purchase

Modern Web Builder is a digital PHP script for installation on your own computer and for visually creating and editing websites. You receive a licence to use the product and access to the selected version’s archive, together with the instructions and updates included in the offer. No physical item is shipped.

The primary environment is Windows, XAMPP, Apache and PHP 8.2 or later, with a modern browser. MySQL and Node.js are not required for ordinary website creation. Review the description, demonstration and requirements before purchasing. Internet imports, activation and third-party integrations may need a network connection and separate configuration. Local operation does not make every external feature available offline.

Hosting, domains, paid APIs, third-party subscriptions, installation on your computer and custom development are not included unless expressly listed in the offer. External websites and services depend on their owners and rules.

3. Licence, your projects and sales

The buyer receives a non-exclusive licence to use the purchased version to create their own and client websites, including commercial websites. You may publish, deliver to clients and sell the websites, exported pages and graphics you create, provided you have the necessary rights to the materials used. You may keep backup copies of the product for your own use.

The purchase does not transfer copyright in the editor or grant permission to sell, rent, sublicense or publicly distribute its installation archive or source code as a separate product, transfer the purchase or activation credentials to other users, or provide shared access to the editor as a paid service without a separate agreement with the seller. This restriction does not override rights granted by individual third-party component licences or mandatory law.

Use of a properly paid and delivered version is not a subscription. The downloaded copy resides on the buyer’s device: the store cannot remotely reclaim it, delete your projects or technically revoke the local licence already supplied. Restricting server downloads does not disable a local copy. This technical feature does not permit copyright infringement or remove mandatory buyer remedies.

4. The buyer and acceptance

The order and purchase history are linked to the Telegram account used for payment. Keep access to that account and your payment records. You must have the legal capacity to make the purchase under applicable law and comply with Telegram’s eligibility requirements; obtain a legal representative’s consent where required.

Before an invoice is created in the Mini App, the buyer checks acceptance of these terms and the Refund Policy and requests digital delivery immediately after payment confirmation. Ask support before paying if the description or requirements are unclear. The offer presented before payment applies; later changes do not retrospectively reduce rights already purchased.

5. Price, Telegram Stars and promotion codes

Digital purchases in the store are paid in Telegram Stars (★; XTR in payment records). The final price of the particular order is shown on the Telegram invoice before confirmation. This is a one-time purchase: the order does not create automatic renewal or recurring charges.

The cost of buying Stars themselves is set by Telegram and the relevant purchase channel; the store does not set a cash exchange rate for Stars. Buying Stars and buying our script are separate transactions. A promotion code applies only after store validation and within its conditions, validity period and limits. An unused discount cannot be exchanged for money or Stars; a later price reduction does not entitle the buyer to a price adjustment on an order supplied as agreed.

6. Payment confirmation and delivery

An order is paid when the store receives Telegram’s successful payment confirmation. Opening or closing the payment window, creating an invoice or supplying a screenshot does not itself replace that confirmation. We undertake to provide the paid product without unjustified delay; normally the bot automatically sends a protected archive download link to the chat after confirmation.

If Stars were charged but the message or purchase is missing, do not pay again: check My Purchases and contact /paysupport. We will verify the payment, restore delivery or resolve a legitimate claim under the Refund Policy. Merely recording a link in the system without enabling access to a usable product does not discharge the seller’s delivery obligation.

7. Downloads and keeping your copy

Download links are personal and have an expiry time and download limit. Do not publish or share them. An expired link does not terminate the right to use the product already downloaded. You can request a new link for an available purchase through My Purchases in the bot.

Keep the archive, instructions and backups of your projects. Reinstalling your system, deleting the chat or losing local files is not a new purchase. Contact the seller if you lose Telegram access: restoring server access requires purchase ownership verification and is not guaranteed on the basis of a screenshot alone. The store does not keep backups of projects you create on your computer.

8. Versions, updates and support

The offer at payment determines what the purchase includes and which updates are available. Where updates without a time limit are included, the buyer receives access to new versions of this product published by the seller within that offer. This is not a promise to develop new versions forever, follow a particular release schedule or create individually requested features for free. Where updates are not included, access remains to the version included in the purchase.

For installation and product use, contact /support or the seller; for payments, use /paysupport. Describe the issue, version, environment and steps taken; for payments, include the order number and transaction identifier if available. We handle requests promptly and communicate the outcome or necessary follow-up questions. Do not send passwords, Telegram login codes, private keys or bank card details. Restricting ordinary bot access does not prevent a legitimate payment claim from being submitted directly to the seller.

9. Joining the affiliate program

The store uses Telegram’s built-in affiliate program. Affiliate commission is 50% in Stars of referred users’ payments counted by Telegram. The commission period for each referred user is shown in the Telegram program card when joining. Telegram handles program connections and purchase attribution.

Obtain your personal link through Telegram and share that link. A normal bot link, a verbal recommendation or a promotion code alone does not establish affiliate attribution. Commission relates to a paid purchase counted by Telegram, not affiliate registration, follower numbers or a promise of future sales. Participation does not require purchasing our script. The store does not offer multiple levels of rewards for recruiting other affiliates.

10. Commission calculation and statistics

Telegram credits the program’s share of Stars to the user, channel or bot balance selected when connecting. For example, at 50%, an eligible payment of 2,500 Stars gives a calculated commission of 1,250 Stars; a discounted payment of 2,000 Stars gives 1,000 Stars. These are calculation examples, not income guarantees or confirmation that a particular order qualifies. Affiliate remuneration does not increase the invoice price shown to the buyer.

Check your program, link and statistics in Telegram → My Stars → Affiliate Programs. The store does not maintain a separate affiliate wallet, accept commission withdrawal requests or issue parallel payments for the same sales. Report discrepancies to the seller with the program name, link and transaction information, without other people’s personal details.

11. Availability of rewards

Telegram holds affiliate Stars for 21 days; they expire 3 years after receipt. Purchase refunds may reduce commissions. Affiliates handle their own taxes. Current restrictions: https://telegram.org/tos/affiliate-program

Personal Stars balances follow the Telegram Stars rules; the store does not promise unrestricted cash withdrawals. Channel and bot balances follow their respective Telegram reward terms and the methods available to the owner, including Fragment where available. The relevant platform sets regional eligibility, verification, minimum amounts, fees and processing requirements. We do not set our own fixed Stars exchange rate, guarantee cash income or manually exchange affiliate Stars.

12. Honest promotion and program changes

Affiliates must describe the product honestly and disclose their advertising interest when required. Spam, intrusive private messages, impersonating the official seller, false income promises, fabricated reviews, artificial purchases and refund manipulation for commissions are prohibited. Do not promise terms, discounts or refunds the store does not offer. Report abuse to the seller; payment claims are considered independently of promotion disputes.

An active program’s rate and period may be increased but not reduced. On termination, new referrals stop under Telegram’s process, while earlier referrals retain commissions for their original period. Ending the program does not cancel earned commission; refund and abuse adjustments follow Telegram’s rules. The seller must not divert purchases to avoid commission owed to affiliates.

13. Materials, external services and responsibility

The buyer is responsible for rights to imported websites, templates, images, fonts and other materials, the content of published projects and their agreements with clients. Being able to import a page is not permission to copy it. Third-party components retain their own licences; comply with those terms when delivering your results to clients.

We are responsible for supplying the product as described and handling legitimate requests. Particular profit, traffic, sales, search rankings, compatibility with every third-party template or continued behaviour of external APIs are not guaranteed. The buyer maintains their environment and backups. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or excuse the seller from remedying a material failure to supply the paid product as agreed.

14. Disputes, mandatory rights and revisions

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms and explains non-delivery, payment errors, material defects and mandatory refunds. No voluntary refund does not mean no consideration of claims. A checkbox cannot waive mandatory buyer rights; where law requires separate consent or confirmation for immediate digital supply and loss of a withdrawal right, those requirements apply.

Contact the seller first. This does not limit statutory remedies or Telegram procedures. Mandatory applicable law and Telegram rules take precedence within their respective scope. A revised version applies to subsequent purchases; completed sale terms and previously acquired affiliate rights are not changed retrospectively.
