Refund policy

Version dated 3 September 2026. Modern Web Builder Store.

We do not offer voluntary refunds for Modern Web Builder supplied as agreed. This is a local digital script: after delivery, the store cannot reclaim the downloaded archive or technically revoke the installed local licence. We nevertheless handle legitimate payment claims and comply with mandatory buyer rights and Telegram rules.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Modern Web Builder purchases with Telegram Stars in the official store bot and its Mini App, together with the Purchase Terms. It does not govern buying Stars themselves from Telegram, Apple, Google or other Stars sellers, or the withdrawal of affiliate rewards.

2. When voluntary refunds are not offered

If the product is supplied as described and usable in the stated environment, voluntary refunds are not offered for changed plans, lack of time, subjective dissatisfaction, not using the archive, buying another solution, insufficient skills or expecting features absent from the description. A later price reduction, forgotten promotion code or an expired individual download link is not, by itself, grounds for such a refund.

Review the demonstration and requirements before paying. Ask for clarification or assistance with an unsuitable environment, your own code changes or external service problems. If the cause is an inaccurate product description or a material product defect, the next section applies instead of an automatic refusal.

3. Legitimate claims and mandatory exceptions

We consider confirmed charges without delivery, technical duplicate charges for the same purchase, delivery of the wrong product, damaged archives, material discrepancies from the description and other cases where a remedy is required by mandatory law or Telegram rules. Reports of unauthorised payments are also investigated; a report alone is neither a proven error nor evidence of abuse.

Depending on the circumstances, we verify the transaction, restore access, supply a working archive or remedy the defect. If the purchase cannot be fulfilled or a refund is mandatory, a refund is provided through the applicable procedure. Where law gives the buyer a direct right to a refund or another remedy, we do not make that right conditional on prior reinstallation or repair.

4. Immediate digital supply

At checkout, the buyer requests digital delivery after payment confirmation and reads the no-voluntary-refund policy. This consent does not remove rights that cannot be waived. Distance-contract withdrawal rights and the conditions for their cessation for digital content depend on applicable law; this policy does not claim that payment or downloading automatically ends such a right in every country.

The inability to reclaim a local copy explains our commercial policy; it does not make payment refunds technically impossible or cancel a legitimate payment dispute.

Include the order number, date, amount in Stars, Telegram transaction identifier if available, and a description of the issue. For technical issues, include the product version, PHP version, steps taken and error message. Do not publish your personal archive link or send passwords, login codes, private keys or full card details.

We review requests without unjustified delay. We will ask for any additional information needed and explain our decision and next steps after review. Do not pay for the same order again to restore delivery. This policy does not shorten statutory claim periods. The seller provides purchase support; Telegram’s support team does not provide support for our product purchase.

6. Completing an approved refund

A justified or mandatory purchase refund is made in Stars against the original payment using Telegram’s tools. The store does not substitute a card transfer, cash or cryptocurrency. It is not a refund of the cost of buying Stars themselves; that separate transaction follows its own rules.

A request alone does not mean a refund is complete: the operation must succeed. When the result appears depends on Telegram. We communicate the outcome of our review; you can check the operation in your Stars history. If processing fails, the claim still requires resolution.

7. Downloads and the local copy after a refund

When the seller processes a full refund, the store marks the relevant purchase as refunded, stops providing new links and updates for it, and revokes its previous protected links. If a payment is reversed outside the store, the seller reconciles the transaction and adjusts access to reflect the dispute outcome. This concerns the store’s server. The downloaded archive, your projects and an already installed local copy are not remotely deleted or disabled.

When the purchase is rescinded, the buyer must stop using and delete their copies supplied under that purchase to the extent required by applicable law, unless the parties agree on another resolution. The store does not describe this obligation as technical licence revocation and does not require proof of physical file deletion as a condition of a mandatory refund.

8. Affiliate commission and disputed transactions

Rewards relate to the corresponding payment. Telegram adjusts commissions under its rules; the store does not promise to preserve commission on a reversed payment or pay it again from a separate balance. A buyer’s good-faith claim is considered regardless of whether an affiliate received a reward.

Deliberately fabricating payments, other people’s documents or technical problems, and colluding to obtain the product and an unjustified commission, breach the store terms. This does not justify automatically treating every claim as fraud or removing mandatory buyer rights.

9. Telegram rules and further disputes

First use /paysupport or contact the seller directly. If a legitimate claim remains unresolved, the Stars rules describe Telegram’s reporting channel for complaints with transaction details. Your right to approach competent authorities or use other lawful remedies remains intact.
